Shipping and Returns

Orders can be placed from :

• Mainland France
• European countries : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

From Mainland France :

•  Via Colissimo : 2 to 4 business days, home delivery for 5 euros

From Europe (3 to 5 business days) : Home delivery for 10 euros, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.  

Returns 

If the size or model does not suit you, you may return your shoes within 15 business days after receiving the package by following these steps:1. Contact our customer service at hello@poemaparis.fr with the reason for the return and your order number to receive a return label by email.2. Place the pair back in its original packaging and the original box, ensuring it is suitable for resale, and attach the return label to the box. Note: If the label is taped to the shoe box or if the box is too damaged, we will not process the refund.3. Drop off your package at an official drop-off point.Important : We only process refunds or exchanges if the pair is returned in excellent condition. To avoid any issues, we recommend trying the shoes on a carpet at home to prevent damaging the sole.Return costs are 5 euros, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
