If the size or model is not suitable, you can return your shoes within 15 working days after receiving the package by following these steps:
1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] with the reason for the return and your order number to receive a return label by email.
2. Place the shoes back in their original packaging and the original box, ensuring they are in a condition suitable for resale, and attach the return label to the box. Please note: if the label is taped directly onto the shoe box or if the box is too damaged, we will not process the refund.
3. Drop off your package at an official drop-off point.
Important: We only process refunds or exchanges if the shoes are returned in very good condition. To avoid any issues, we recommend trying the shoes at home on a carpet to avoid damaging the sole.
Returns incur a €5 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
